Rick Ross' controversial lyrics referencing date rape have landed Reebok in hot water with the women’s group UltraViolet.
The rapper, who has an endorsement deal with the company, has caused a stir with “U.O.E.N.O.,” a track that contains the lines, “Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it.”
“Molly” is a common slang term for MDMA, better known as ecstasy.
As Gossip Cop reported last week, Ross apologized for the lyrics being “interpreted as rape” as protests by UltraViolet and other groups intensified.
Now the organization has sent a letter to Reebok expressing outrage that Ross has not been dropped.
In the UltraViolet note obtained by TMZ, the authors write, ”Like far too many women, we are the survivors of sexual assault.”
“Every single day that Reebok continues rewarding Rick Ross with a lucrative endorsement deal, Reebok is condoning rape,” states the letter.
It continues, “When one in five women will be the victim of completed or attempted rape, this is dangerous and it has real-life consequences. Your silence on this issue is unacceptable.”
“It’s time you took a stand against rape and drop Rick Ross as a spokesman,” urges the group.

In a new interview with German outlet ProSieben, the Oblivion star is quoted as saying of Holmes’ decision to file for divorce him, “I did not expect that.”
Cruise reportedly adds that the breakup gave him “an incredible amount of time to reflect.”
Holmes ended the couple’s marriage shortly before Cruise’s 50th birthday last summer.
“Life is a challenge,” says the actor. “To be 50 and have experiences and think you have everything under control, and then it hits you — that’s what life is… Life is tragicomic. You need a certain sense of humor.”

Clay Aiken recently had a scary moment when an obsessed fan allegedly hopped a fence, got onto his property, and was caught peering into his windows.
The 57-year-old woman, Barbara Saylor, reportedly snuck into the “American Idol” alum’s gated community in North Carolina on April 3 and managed to approach the residence itself.
Aiken was home at the time.
Saylor was apprehended and charged with misdemeanor stalking and first degree trespassing, according to TMZ.
According to the police report, Aiken says Saylor had previously engaged in similar behavior.
The country star told the host, “I don’t know if any of you noticed, but there’s some racial tension, here and there,” adding that the song “kind of deals with that.”
Paisley noted, “I felt like when we were writing this song it wasn’t necessarily up to the media. I don’t really trust sort of, I guess, Hollywood… or sort of talk radio or anything like that to deal with that anymore. I think it’s music’s turn to have the conversation.”
DeGeneres prompted, “So, but you’re basically saying…” to which Paisley responded, “I don’t know,” before vaguely explaining how the song brought together a “proud Southerner” and a “black New Yorker.”

Taylor Swift opens up about her new perspective on relationships in the summer issue of Wonderland magazine, admitting she has “no idea” what’s in store for her romantic future.
The country singer tells the mag, “I've kind of realized that I have no idea where I'm going to be next year, or in six months, or in two months. I mean, I know where I'll be on tour in two months, but no idea where I'm going to be mentally, emotionally, dreams, goals, wishes, hopes.”
“I have no idea if I'm going to get married or be single forever or have a family or just be on my own,” reveals Swift.
